Return postage and exchanges

We cover postage for standard returns and provide a free return shipping label by email. Contact us using the details above to arrange a return and receive your label. We do not charge a restocking fee. Exchanges are available; contact us with your order details and the item or size you would like.

Refunds

We initiate refunds within 5 business days after receiving the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund; the initiation period is not a guarantee of the date funds reach your account.
